Earning My Stripes

Hmmm, I don't think I ever met a stripe I did not like? The stripe has become a classic staple in my wardrobe; some of my favorite tees I wear over and over again are stripes. What I love about stripes is that they are so versatile; it can be sexy, casual, and effortless. I tend to like darker or neutral colored stripes, they really go with everything. My stripe obsession has even carried over to a blazer and dresses.

This linen stripe jacket layers on effortlessly, it is one of my favorite pieces for the summer. Here, I just paired it with a simple tee and denim shorts; the stripe blazer instantly gave my outfit that extra something. Topped it off with some heels and a summer hat, and good to go! I can also definitely see myself wearing this same outfit, with a pair of sneakers and a baseball cap.

A stripe comes in many different sizes and colors just like us, so don't be afraid of a stripe. There is truly the perfect one for each & every one. You must simply, try it...
